Q. Are there free shuttles to theme parks ?
Ans.  Yes, mostly all hotels in Orlando do provide this service. They have free shuttles to Disney World, Universal Studios , etc
Q.  Are there free shuttles to Airport ?
Ans.  Only hotels which are close to airport provide free shuttles to airport. Rest hotels do not provide free transportation to airport. You can book paid shuttles online. For Orlando you can book with mears transportation.
Q. What are the schedule of the shuttles ?
Ans.  Leaves in Morning & comes back in evenings. No Specific times. You will get exact times when you check-in.
Q. Can we send a Package to the hotel ? is there any charge ?
Ans.  Yes you can send packages to hotel before your arrival. The front desk will keep them. The hotel may charge a very small fee of $3 - $4 as a handling fee per package.
Q. Is there a Free Breakfast ?
Ans.  If the hotel provides Free Breakfast , it says in its description. If it doesn't say then it doesn't offer.
Q.  Is there a Free Wifi ?
Ans.  Yes mostly all hotels provide Free Wifi. Some hotels may have it in all rooms , some may have it only in lobby.
Q.  Early Check In or Late Check out ?
Ans.  The check In time is 3PM. The check Out time is 11am. The hotel usually doesn't allow any early check-ins or late checkouts.
Q.  Are You Arriving Late in night ?
Ans.  No Problem, the hotel will hold the room for you untill next day 7am.
Q.  I want to cancel reservation ?
Ans.  If you have booked your reservation with Advance Purchase Discount Package then it is non refundable. If you have booked with Best Available Rate Package then you can cancel anytime before 48 hrs of your check In date.
Q.  You made reservation with website other than www.securereservation.net ?
Ans.  If you made reservation from a different website, Please contact them for any help.
Q.  The Hotel cannot find my reservation ?
Ans.  Incase the hotel cannot find your reservation, it is probably that they might have misplaced the reservation fax or email that was sent to them. Please ask the front desk to get your information from securereservation control panel that they have access to. If they are still unable to find it then please fill the form below and we will respond and get it fixed. There is no need to panic.
