We only accept request of Modification / Cancellation if you have booked your reservation through securereservation.net

Once you submit the cancellation form , we will review your request and email you confirmation within 24-48 hrs. If the reservation is not cancelled within the cancellation period of the hotel, the hotel will charge for one night stay.

If you have made reservation using "Advance purchase" or " Full Payment Non-Refundable" discount packages , then no refunds will be issued. You can contact the hotel directly in this case for any questions.
